In 2000, this vegetable and wheat farm switched to organic farming. Great importance is attached to the rhythm of the seasons.

20 hectares arable farm, particularly focused on the rhythm of the seasons and the natural cycle of the plant. No chemical fertilizers are used, the soil is fertilized exclusively with green waste compost produced on the farm.

2.5ha lies fallow / green manure covered with alfalfa for two or three years, a system that allows the soil to rest and grow rich again.

Vegetables grown according to the Organic Agriculture Charter. Most of the production is grown outdoors. The tunnels are only intended to extend the harvest period of our vegetables, respecting the plant cycle.

Similar to the respect for the soil, the team practices crop rotation. Vegetables are grown in plots for two years and wheat in the third year.

The wheat is milled by a miller.
