In this international residence located just a few minutes from the city center and university campus, with our 427 rooms, 146 studios and 3 F1 including 6 studios for 1 person with reduced mobility and 1 T3.
The residence offers a range of services to help you live more comfortably. The residence is open 24/7. The secretary's office is open from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and a janitor is on duty from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. on weekdays, as well as at weekends. A folder is always open at reception in case of problems to report any repairs needed in your accommodation.
The bedrooms:
All rooms have telephone sockets (ask France Télécom to open the line). Kitchens, showers and toilets are shared and located close to the rooms. The kitchens are fully equipped for meals; they have tables, chairs and/or benches, hotplates, traditional ovens, microwave ovens and sinks.
Studios:
All studios are equipped with telephone sockets (ask France Télécom to open the line).
Studios are equipped in the same way as rooms, except that they have their own kitchenette with table, chairs, hotplates and sink. They also have their own showers and toilets.
