Built by the canons regular of Saint Augustine, it became Antonins property in 1286. Classified as a historical monument since 1846, it’s remains a major bulding of the romanesque art of the Dauphiné
En 1557, il résiste curieusement aux guerres de religion malgré la destruction du reste de L’Abbaye. En 1755 l’église devient propriétaire des hospitaliers de Malte et église Paroissiale au Concordat.
