In the Vercors Natural Park, the Balcon de Villard is located at the foot of the downhill skiing slopes (Domaine Villard de Lans/Corrençon en Vercors area) and the ski lifts. Shopping locally, shuttles during the holiday period to Villard de Lans centre which is 5km away. A pretty little studio located on the 3rd floor which has been completely renovated and kitted out and has a west-facing balcony: view over the Vercors forests, 200m from the ski lifts. Car-park on site, a calm residence.
