Ideally located on the road to Chamrousse, 7 minutes from the thermal baths and the Casino of Uriage les Bains, in the Belledonne massif, 15 minutes from Grenoble and the A41 dir. Chambéry, Lyon, Geneva, detached house on closed private land with terrace and garden, pétanque court, garden furniture and barbecue, arranged on 2 levels, with part of the garage available (10M2) for bicycles and/or a motorbike. On the ground floor, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom-wc, bedroom 1 (2 single beds).
