Maraîchage sur une surface inférieure à 5000m2.
Maraîchage diversifiée environ 30 légumes différents.
Ici, sauf exception le sol n’est pas travaillé, on va privilégier l’activité biologique des sols, en couvrant en permanence celui-ci.
Engrais, vert, matière organique en tout genre (paille, foin, brf, broyat , compost…)
Vente en association type amap plus drive.
Objectif à long terme d’agrandissement notamment avec la création d’un Verger.
