Hydrospeed is a water sport that involves descending the artificial Isle de la Serre river using a foam float, while swimming with flippers. This fun discipline offers a unique white-water experience.
By hanging on to their hydrospeed, participants can move at their own pace: some prefer to glide along in one go, while others enjoy surfing the waves. Whether practised in a man-made river, on your own or under the supervision of an instructor, hydrospeeding guarantees unique sensations, offering a fun and dynamic experience accessible to all water lovers.
