Step 1. Musée du Trièves
Located in the historic district of Mens, the Musée du Trièves traces the rich and fascinating history of this territory, from prehistory to the present day. Explore its permanent and temporary exhibitions dedicated to the region's unique rural heritage. For an interactive experience, take part in the Jeux du Trièves and discover "Les mystérieux visages du dragon", a fun tour that combines exploration and learning.
Stage 2. Auberge de Mens
At lunchtime, settle down at the Auberge de Mens, where you can choose between a sunny terrace, a shady patio or a bright dining room. Enjoy creative seasonal cuisine, made entirely on site, for a moment of conviviality and
local flavors.
Stage 3. Tour of Mens
After lunch, discover Mens, the "historic capital of the Trièves". A short stroll will take you up to admire the superb surrounding scenery, with views of Obiou, Châtel and Mont-Aiguille. Along the way, don't miss La Fabrique du Trièves or Le Raccourci, two must-see addresses for local crafts, on the emblematic Route des Savoir-Faire du Trièves.

1) Head towards "La Croix" up Rue du Breuil, passing on the right of the Tourist Office (Rue Louis Rippert). Follow the street for about 500m to the "La Croix" crossroads.
2) From the "La Croix" post, turn right towards "Les Levas". The route follows the Chemin des Philosophes, then climbs gently on a hedged path. At the top of the climb, turn left and follow the path until you come out on the D66 road (signposted "Les Levas").
3) Turn right onto the D66 (be careful!) towards "Beaumet". A hundred metres further on, take the track on the left which descends, then at the next crossroads, take the track on the right to reach the hamlet of Beaumet.
4) From the "Beaumet" signpost, turn right towards "Pontillard". The route descends gently and leaves the main road to cut through the hairpin bends.
5) From the "Pontillard" signpost, turn right towards "MENS", skirting the D526 road for 200m (be careful!). The route climbs up to the right, then skirts the soccer stadium, then the retirement home, before reaching the "MENS" signpost.
6) Continue straight on towards "MENS CENTRE", up the Rue du Pas de l'Aiguille to return to your starting point.
