Ski resorts

The most formidable of the Isère massifs, Oisans draws adventurers to its high mountains, featuring peaks soaring over 3,000 m, glaciers, remote villages and high-altitude hamlets.

Home to Isère’s two largest ski areas, Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski and Les Deux Alpes, Oisans offers a remarkable variety of slopes and some of the longest vertical drops in the world, with well-groomed pistes extending up to 2,300 m in a single descent.

The highest point in this stunning massif is the Pic Lory, towering at 4,088 m.
