Le YCGC propose une activité "Voile Handivoile" pour les personnes porteuses de handicap, sans distinction d’affection (moteur, psychique, sensoriel), pour permettre à tous de pratiquer la voile en solo et/ou en duo avec une personne « valide ».
Le groupe Voile Handivoile du YCGC se retrouve le samedi après midi une fois par mois, dans un esprit convivial (pique-nique, goûter), selon un calendrier établi.
En plus des séances régulières, des rencontres avec d’autres clubs ainsi que la participation à différentes compétitions sont organisées (championnat de France handivalide à Cazaux, stage régional à Mèze, North Cup à Berck).
La flotte se compose de voiliers insubmersibles adaptés, en double, solo et collectif pour une pratique en toute sécurité.
L’encadrement de l’activité « Voile Handivoile » du YCGC est assuré par des adultes bénévoles, moniteur diplômé et accompagnants spécialement formés.
Le YCGC est labellisé : Handisport Label Club

Les cours sont gratuits car assurés par des adhérents diplômés bénévoles un samedi par mois.
