The Duclos-Gonet family has been perpetuating its know-how for 4 generations. Valérie and Xavier, pastier farmers, transform their cereals into pasta and flour and grow lentils. Since 2024, a beer has been produced with the Brasserie du Palais.
The Duclos-Gonet farm offers you :
A range of durum wheat pasta, made on site from the farm's own cereals.
They come in several shapes:
- twisted, shell, braided, elbow, penne, vermicelli, risoni and noodle.
Packaging available: 500 g - 2 kg - in bulk
- An entirely handmade range of plain tagliatelle, angel hair and spaghetti.
Packaging available: 1.5 kg
- You can also buy lasagne sheets for use without pre-cooking, available in 300 g packs.
- Spicy pasta in the form of tagliatelle with curry, Espelette chilli, Cajun mix
- Seasonal pasta: with wild garlic, basil or mint (for your summer salads). The aromatic herbs are harvested on the farm.
For autumnal flavours, we offer pasta made with Ursulines brown beer and buckwheat flour.
As for the flours, all organic, they are stone-crushed without any storage treatment or additives.

Ancient varieties of soft wheat flour
- T65: standard flour for all cooking uses.
- T80: Semi-complete flour, for your tarts, pizzas, breads, etc.
Packaging available: 1.2 kg and 5 kg
- Small spelt flour: easier to digest, with a good nutty flavour
- Buckwheat or buckwheat flour: ideal for your crêpes and galettes
- Rye flour: ideal for making gingerbread, but also for adding variety to your breads and pastries
- Lentil flour: mix with soft wheat in your recipes
- Durum wheat flour: for making homemade pasta
