Welcome to the Alps, to the cottage "les Cascades" nestled near the majestic Chartreuse forests and picturesque trails leading to forests, lakes and waterfalls. Let yourself be seduced by the mountain atmosphere while our gîte offers the warm comfort of a home close to nature. Enjoy a comfortable 3-star gîte for holidays in all seasons.Caution : If you do not take out insurance (Cancellation - Resort Civil Liability - Damage to property), a deposit of 500 euros must be sent to the owner by check 30 days before arrival at the premises and will be returned to you within 10 days following your departure Animals : Compulsory pet option: 1 animal €30, 2 animals €50, 3 animals €70, then €5 per additional animal beyond 3 animals to be paid on arrival. This supplement corresponds to the meticulous cleaning of the lower parts: walls, plinths, windows and washing various types of curtains, covers, due to the presence of our beloved furry animals, we thank our animal loving friends for their understanding. This does not exempt you from the traditional cleaning linked to the return of your accommodation.
