The studio faces south-west, on the top floor with elevator. There's a magnificent view of the surrounding massifs (Vercors, Chartreuse) and sunsets.
The studio has a balcony with a dining table, 2 armchairs and 2 stools for aperitifs and meals when the weather's nice.
Free parking is available at the foot of the building. Heating is collective in winter and electric in summer if required. There's a ski locker with direct access to a beginners' slope and the Bachat Bouloud chairlift for access to the rest of the resort.
The ski school and lesson departures are accessible by ski (Arselle sector).
The studio is equipped with raclette, plancha and fondue appliances.

1 fold-away 140x190 bed with a real mattress, and 1 bunk bed, with 2 70x190 beds (please note that the top bed is reserved for children over 6, for safety reasons).
The kitchen area opens onto the living room and is equipped with an induction hob (2 burners), dishwasher, fridge and oven. The living area is equipped with a table, 4 chairs and 1 stool, a sofa, a small coffee table, TV, radio, vacuum cleaner.
The studio is non-smoking. (Pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and allergies).

The Residence is 150m from the shopping mall (restaurants, small mini-market, chemist, post office, tobacconist, bakery, clothes and souvenir stores, ski/snowboard rental store, cinema, ESF, library/media library, tourist office).
Public charging stations are located in front of the town hall, around 300m away.
The resort offers a wide range of activities in addition to skiing:
Winter: dog sledding, horse-drawn carriages, snowmobiling, ski touring, hiking, zip-lining.
Summer: hiking, climbing, via-ferrata, horseback riding, mountain biking, paddle, wakeboarding, paragliding, 4x4 electric scooter, tree climbing.
Close to the Uriage thermal baths, Casino and Golf course (25-30min by car). 35km from Grenoble train station. A deposit of 400€ by cheque will be requested at the beginning of your stay. It will not be cashed and will be returned at the end of your stay after an inventory of fixtures.
