The Mas'Hauts, small wood and glass chalets on the terrace of the L'Espérance restaurant, are inspired by the Savoyard mazots used by our ancestors as larders on stilts, and feature cheese specialities.

The Mas'Hauts suggest a return to basics: dinner under the stars, with the peaks as a backdrop, to savour the secrets of mountain cuisine. Chef's soup, tourte de l'Isère, fondue savoyarde, traditional vaudoise or flavored with Chartreuse or mushrooms, raclette de fromage fermier, or crozet gratin. Enjoy traditional or reinvented cheese specialties, followed by a sweet treat like chestnut tiramisu.
