Fondé en 1282 et reconstruit à deux reprises aux XIVe et XVe siècles, il fut restauré dans les années 1960. Il a servit d'annexe au centre hospitalier. A découvrir par l'extérieurn sur le parcours du circuit historique de la ville.
Ce bâtiment ne se visite pas de l'intérieur.
