See three mills in action, powered by the waters of the Gleyzin mountain river. A mix of smells and sounds that takes you back to the daily life of the peasant-workers of yesteryear. All tours are fully guided.

The museum is a perfect representation of what the work at the forge was. There, our guides will show and explain in details how the Forge and Mills were used. The museum is a wonderful place for kids who will enjoy seeing all the old machines running (watch out though, as the hammer is very noisy and can scare the little ones). If you want to experience this old way of living you will like to visit the place so put it on you to-do list.

Depuis Grenoble ou Chambéry, vous devez prendre l'autoroute A41 et prendre la sortie Le Touvet, vous prendrez ensuite la direction d'Allevard. Lorsque vous arrivez à Allevard, vous prendrez la direction de Pinsot (Le Haut Bréda) qui se situe 7 km plus loin.
A Pinsot, suivez les panneaux du Musée et garez-vous en bas du village.
